[WriteLog] Time Off

I participated in the WPX contest this weekens as a single-op.  I used the
time off facility and added the time off to the log.  I don't see it in the
log nor in the cabrillo file.  It is supposed to be prominately noted in the
log in order to be submitted.  Where is it?  If the time off facility
doesn't add it as the header says, what do I do?
