I would replace #4 with:
"Go to the reflector archives"
By far this is the most difficult place to get help but when we
were setting up for CQWW RTTY *ALL* problems that I encountered
with WL/MMTTY were addressed there. No sense asking what has
already been publicly answered.
Then we could have a #5 as stated.
