Garry... your question #1:
In order for the NCCC to have the same number of mults (58) within and
outside of California, they have lumped all of the Maritime provinces,
including Newfoundland/Labrador , together as "Mar" section. Likewise Yukon
and Northwest Territories (NWT) are grouped. In order for Writelog to
recognize this, you need to go into Writelog's "Namedmul.ini" file (you can
find it using Windows Explorer|Writelog|Programs) and make the following
changes, if they are not already there. First scroll down to find contest
CQP-Alias, then add:
VE1=Mar
VE9=Mar
VY2=Mar
VO1=Mar
VO2=Mar
VY1=YT
VE8=YT
if YU=YT is not there, add it also.
