[WriteLog] Dual Receive RTTY on a Single Radio Pages

I've added pages to my WriteLog website showing how to set up
WriteLog for Dual Receive RTTY on a Single Radio.  I just slapped
it together and have not gone through and completely proofread it
but I'll be away from the computer for a while and will do that later
this evening.  If you find any errors, please let me know.
