You have to edit your namedmul.ini file. It is in the c:\ham\programs
folder.
Just use notepad to open it. When it is open, use the search menu option and
look for NAQP. When you find it you will see a list of state abbreviations
and numbers. Find the spot that says LAB=VE and you then add a line
NF=VE
Also look below in the NAQP-Alias and make sure there is an entry
VO1=NF
This should fix your multiplier problem.

Subject: [WriteLog] NAQP
Writelog is confused by NF, New Foundland, VO1TK. What abreviation does WL
want to see?
Thanks, Ed/W5TM
