[WriteLog] Loss of "CHARTS" capability

I've lost the capability of using TOOLS/CHARTS on Writelog.  When I select
CHARTS nothing happens.  When this happened last time, Wayne gave me the
name of a couple of .dlls or exes associated with the charting capability
and I was able to restore them.  Since a complete removal of Writelog and
reinstall didn't resolve the problem, I need the name of those programs if
anyone (or Wayne) recalls them.
