[TowerTalk] rohn 25 section bolts

Thanks everyone for the help with the tower bolts......now, a question 
on why 2 different sizes on bolts for the sections? I think I heard an 
answer a long time ago, but cant remember why,......also, did Rohn ever 
make 25 with the same size bolts, or if we have tower with the same 
size, is it a knockoff?
