I differ.
Look closely.
The vertical thrust is going right through the balls to the horizontal part of
the bottom race.
Radial loads are going right from the top casting to the bottom.
At least until the castings wear enough to generate some slop and let the balls
run up the curves of the races.
Loading it with really sticky grease would be helpful.
It could only be useful in jobs like beams, where there isn't much motion in a
ham's life.
FWIW, I find the price painfully high.

I'm sure the DXE product suffers from small quantity, special housing, etc.
If you look at quality, hardened, real bearings, you'll find prices even higher!
