I have a 2 element 40M delta loop beam facing south. The peaks are at 50 feet and the base wire at about 10 feet above the ground. It is fed for vertical polarization. I can verify that the gain is as expected - about 3 - 3.5dB better than the single loop. Whether a vertically polarized loop will exhibit gain with a horizontally polarized parasitic would be a good modeling question.
