[TowerTalk] Holes in Heavy Adapter Plate

I think I’d clamp the plates together and use a bit the size you want, with the 
correct plate as a template.
Do it outside and spray with water or brush on oil, for cooling.
It would be worth it to rent a big drill from a tool place.
A drill with a magnetic base would be very helpful.
