There is an old AT&T/BSP Standards and Practices(Sorry I cannot remember the Practice number) by coiling (several circular turns) your coaxial cable at your antenna and again at the base of your tower or home entrance as high voltages do not like a coiled line and prefer to travel straight to ground.
