Craig, Just use an el-cheapo hobbyist saw bench fitted with a fine toothed carbide tipped blade. For lubrication, use a cake of soap. Just a quick wipe on the blade before cutting the aluminium. WATCH YOUR FINGERS ARE NOT TOO CLOSE TO THE BLADE !!! Ensure you use eye protection as well, as you produce small, HOT chips of aluminium. I have used this method in industry for many years.
