I have found that Household Goop, which is a clear butane material seems to work well for gasketing, seals, and for strain relief on small cables. Flexible. Adheres to metal and plastic, and works over a wide temperature range. Ace hardware stocks it. N2EA ps: make sure not to block the lower sides of the traps... you need drain holes for condensation.
