Tower limitations are pretty much town specific in NH.  You'll find that 
towns in western counties such as Hillsborough and Cheshire are more 
accommodating than to the east.  I lived in Cheshire for 25+ years. 
You'll really need to be more specific about the town and then start 
checking the local ordnances.
