No, What I am saying is ...the neutral wire should not be bonded to the
ground sytem in series, to keep them seperate. The nuetral wire indeed grounds
at
the main panel, but not directly to ground rod. Its easy to just pop open the
panel and look how its done. Also any subpanel the neutral bus bar is on
standoffs so they are not ground so the current flows back to the main panel
were its grounded from there. Is that clearer now?
I have installed plenty of panel upgrades, I think I know
what I am doing.
