No reason you could not do so.  Get your PE to spec it, sign off on it 
and then get it permitted.  Try to find someone who has a drilling rig 
that will dig the "heights" hole most places....It'll cost you big time 
if you can find someone.    Sonna tube ain't cheap either, assuming you 
need one.  Square holes are much easier to dig and every community has 
back hoes.  This ain't rocket science....have your pe tell you the 
options.  It is all concrete in a hole and as long as it will hold the 
tower up should be good enough.  Gotta get the inspector to buy off on 
it too sometimes. Their demands do not always make any sense.  The 
commercial guys do what is required, no more usually unless overbuild
