Hi Jerry,
There are numerous ways to make attachments. I'm
partial to using stainless u-bolts, although I don't
have an aluminum tower, I would think the technique
should still be ok. In my case I used copper strapping
for my ground wiring with a copper bar, look about 3/4
ways down the page at
http://www.wa9wsj.com/antenna_page.htm. But since you
are using wires, one possible way is that you could
still use a stainless u-bolt and put the matching stud
sized lug on the wire and double nut it to the u-bolt.
