| Subject: | [Towertalk] Removing Superficial Rust from Rohn Tower Sections |

I have both Rohn 25G and 45G towers that are now approaching 25 years in age. There is superficial rust on portions of the towers that I would like to deal with before it becomes serious. Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with this? I thought that wire brushing and cold-galvanizing paint might work, but am interested in how others have dealt with such problems. 73, Bob - W3YY |
