I use and suggest Polyproplene over the Nylon... UV from the sun attacks
Nylon and breaks it down rather quickly and reduces, dramatically, the
breaking point.
Poly rope is much more resistant to UV and this is what the utility
companies use, also.

1/2 or 5/8 nylon braided yacht type stuff.. marine supply type stores..
this stuff is very very easy to handel.. easy on your hands, has a very low
stretch rate .almost nil.. but kinda pricy.. seems like the 220' piece i
have now was like 1.25 a foot or so.. but i did get the 5/8s comes in a
few colors as well and is u/v resistant.. mac/mc
