Just a bit of caution on top rail for chain-link fences. Some of the stuff
that
I have seen is made from a long strip of steel that is rolled into a tube and
then hot-dipped galvanized without the benefit of welding. The only thing
holding it in a round shape is the zinc. It will fold over on you if you are
not careful.
