For those interested in uses of the half square as a vertically polarized
2-meter antenna, I have added notes on its use in parasitic beams--as well
as the use of the bobtail curtain in similar applications. The notes are
brief (presently the only entry in a new index cateogry of VHF/UHF
antennas), because details will someday appear in Communications
Quarterly. When is not known, since they have had the articles for over 2
years, and the number of requests for information suggested that a few
notes at the site are in order.
I hope they are useful.
