Hi Jim,
Apparently some are, but this Colorcrete product is intended to be mixed
in. As a matter of fact, the little 1 pound bags are dissolvable, and it
says right on the bag that you can throw it right into the mixer, bag and
all. Pretty neat.
I unwrapped the concrete last evening, after 48 hours of curing under damp
towels and plastic. Once the surface dried, It exhibited a pleasing, light
tan color. I chiseled off some imperfections around the bolt and edges- it
was plenty hard!
