Somehow, an extra character and line feed crept into the message. ln(ae) = SUM OF [(Ln/h)*ln(an)]; subtitute into Zo = 60 * [ln (2*h/ae) -1] = 60 * [ln(2h) - ln(ae) - 1] ae is the equivalent radius of a step-tapered element having section lengths Ln and section radii an.
