I had the same problem with Force 12.
I called about incorporating the Force antennas in my rotating monopole
design. I spoke with their designer. I asked a few questions. He
said he needed to have me call him back the next day. I did so. He
never came to the phone after three attempts over several days.
It was really hard to fall in love with their products after that.
Any company can have a few bad days. Maybe I'll give them another try in
the future.
