Just on principles, I would go with the 1/4" EHS in a 100 MPH wind zone
and definitely stick with the 4 way guying if I possibly could make it
work. Rohn 25 has a maximum compressive strength of over 16,000 pounds,
so a 68 foot tower is not going to be over guyed in this instance.
