Ron must have drained all the signals out of the ether because there was zero prop here in Iowa.

Last night was a fun night on 160. At 2216 worked CT9/UR9IDX who had a fine
signal. Starting at 01:54 worked OK1CF then SP7AS, G3YRO and IK7JTF (100W from
Rino). Also EA5C.

Decided to get back up around western EU sunrise so back at the rig at 05:15 or
so. For the next hour and a bit worked 18 DX. All EU except for PJ2ND. Some
VERY strong signals. OZ4MM, SC7DX, DF2PY all were 30, 35 or more dB above my
noise floor! Just amazing. Included in those worked were several 100W stations.

Oddly, the prop seemed quite localized. Dave, W0FLS, didn't hear any of these
stations. Unfortunately, I didn't hear any other NA stations on to compare prop
with.

This morning JH4RHF was heard, well on peaks, but could not copy my full call.
Good to hear some prop from that part of the world.

Sure was fun. Some of the best prop (if not the best) so far this season. Let's
hope it continues for this weekend's contest.

PJ2ND, if you are reading this, would be interested in what you heard last
night.
