I just got some panel-mount F receptacles from Pasternack. I don't know if
they make F double-females that good, but they had the best contacts of any
F females I've ever seen. Good tension, a radius on each side to match the
center conductor, and gold plated. And after you plug in RG-6, it still
grips RG-59 just as tightly.

But they weren't cheap.
