Topband: Ty-Wraps

I have some wide vinyl tape that I use to put 2 layers over the ty-wrap, 
keeps the sun off.
Worked OK in a pinch (For now)

Best substance is stainless strap with a small fitting (Wraplock), lasts 
forever.
Even a slick ratchet tightening device in the can, mercy what will they 
think of next.
