and then there was W7DRA/KH6 (me) running an HW16 off a 6th floor waikiki
hotel room in the middle of town with an antenna being wire on a fishing
pole covered with black electrical tape (this was a stealth operation)
with a 66 foot long wire, that ended up hanging about 12 feet over the
sidewalk below.
if they wished or thought about it anyone could see the wire with the
attached fishing weight, but no one bothered, wire fed out after dark,
hauled in at dawn
