I checked this morning at 1100 UTC and it was peaking S7 on the meter here in Woking Surrey on an inverted L. It was about the same strength at 1350 UTC. It is peaking S9+10 now at 1810 UTC with a little QSB. This seems to point to the source being in SE England.
