On occasion I hear the triple beep signals here on the low end of 160. I too believe it is a Hyperfix navigation system. Hyperfix has several modes and therefore not all systems sound alike. I believe it to be coming from the Bering sea area. It definitely arrives hear toward JA as well. The loudest one here is on 1813.3 and another around 1814. Sometimes I have heard several.
