Topband: Solar wind

I do follow solar wind and dynamic pressure readings daily. To my opinion both 
of them indicate very well propagation on topband even better than A and K 
indexes.
Good rule of thumb is, if solar wind speed is less than 300km/s and dynamic 
pressure less than 0,5 nPa it is expected very good conditions to JA, NA and 
even direct over North Pole here in South Finland above 60 degrees North.
