Topband: QSLs for 3V8DLH on the way!

Hi Bill,

today Frank, DJ3FK, sent out all the direct QSLs for 3V8DLH. The 
cards should arrive within a few days.
All other contacts will be confirmed via bureau. No incomming QSL 
request needed!

You may pass this info to the Topband Reflector if you think its of 
interest for the  readers.
