Back when I lived in 2-land getting a good ground was very hard so going
with an elevated radial system is not a bad idea. I would still lay a
radial field below the array, DC grounded to each tower and make sure
you ground the towers through an RF choke. Also pay carefull attention
to feeding the verticals, you don't want the feedlines to radiate. I've
had my 4 square up for 2 seasons and I love it.
