Hello everyone, Long time no see.
On Oct-07, I watched 4W/N6FF on 1827.5kHz between 13:07 and 14:40z
(until his QRT on 160).
Before he changed his QSX 24 for JA at 13:45z, he sent sig reports to
10 or 20 Left Coast stations with all 599 and included their pilot
WC7N and N6FF. It seems that N6FF is O.K in DXCC rules.
Quite a few JA worked him, almost 599-599. Sig was sometimes real S9+!
(I got them on 160/40/30M between 13:47 and 15:20z as my band-new ones).
