Topband: 3C0R on 160

        Yesterday evening I asked 3C0R about 160m.  He said:

"No QRV 160, very much QRM there, NO 160!"

It sounds a little bit strange for dx-pedition which announced 
160-6 m operation.  Maybe the operators do not have experience on
Top Band and expect that the band will be as quiet as 10?  

Hope that the QRM level will decrease before expedition ends.
