Herb, KV4FZ, has been on the band for a long time.  He is located in the US
Virgin Islands and has DXCC # 4.  Although he has been a real thorn in the
sides of the FCC in recent years he is a good contester and has been giving
mults on 160 and other bands for many years.  I have not been following his
FCC troubles and really don't want to.  More than likely you did work Herb.
