Last night while tuning around the "FOC" boys I came across a very weak CQ
almost masked by CL8VP and everyone who was calling him. Turned out to be
ZA1MH who I worked at 0538. Later when I called CQ, he came back to me and
said my signal had improved quite a bit but he was at the noise level and we
could not carry on. Then I was worked by a whole slew of OK and OM stations
which I have never heard on 160 before. By 0635 or so, OY, G and several
others were 599 copy until the band just plopped at about 0655 here.
I heard several EU work ZA1MH-anyone else on this side? Hope he continues
to show up for those who need ZA.
