[TenTec] Pegasus no Transmit

My Pegasus has no transmit output.
> Receive works fine.
> No output on any band on CW or SSB.
> Red TX light comes on.
> It does draw power supply current changing with power setting.
> SSB TX sounds good in monitor.
> Has LDG tuner, no change if bypassed.
> Running Ten-Tec software.
> I have unplugged, cleaned and reconnect connectors,
> I see no physical component damage.

Any thoughts?
