Rod:
Based on your description, it's more likely the various BFO frequencies
need to be aligned more that the reference oscillator. Start with the
LSB, USB and CW BFO frequencies first.

My (new to me) Paragon is working pretty well, but I have a couple of questions:
The PBT control seems to work best at 12 oclock for SSB and 11 oclock for CW.
Is this normal or do I need tomake some adjustment in alignment?
The frequency displayed is approximately 400 Hz high when tuning in stations. I notice
this on SSB and on AM when tuning to know net frequencies or WWV. What adjustment do I
need to make to slide this back down to the correct "displayed" frequency? I am
thinking its C1 on the Reference Oscillator Board (81336) but the instruc-tions are not
clear on this.
Thanks for any help or suggestions!
