Hi,

I'll add my similar experience from a couple months ago. It took just a bit longer, but no more than three weeks from shipping to receiving. My Eagle had a DC power related issue and would not power up.

quick, prompt service!  I hope to see Ten Tec become a healthy manufacturer of
