Marty, thank you for informing me of the NC QSO Party that will take place next
Sunday on 7.260 kHz. I am forwarding a copy of your email below, so all the
members of the TEN-TEC nets can know what will happen next Sunday on 7.260 kHz.
I will surely do my part to move our 40 meter net either up or down away from
7.260 kHz next Sunday. I realize that Amateur Radio is a hobby that requires
"give and take" and also respecting the rights of other ham operators on the
bands.
You can be assured that 7.260 kHz will be your frequency for your NC QSO Party
next Sunday and I wish you and your group the very best of success with your
endeavor.

John:
This is Marty, W4MY, writing to you today in my capacity as Chairman of the NC
QSO Party.
The NC QSO Party will be in full swing on Sunday, Feb 24, and 7260 kHz is the
published suggested SSB frequency. So, I don't anticipate problems, but want
you to be aware that it will be going on. (Or, should I say, raging on! HI!) I
will also post an advisement to the NCQP e-mail reflector about the Ten Tec
net, so hopefully everyone will play nice and get along OK.
In addition, would you announce this fact on the 40 meter net next Sunday and
let everyone know they are invited to call and make QSOs with all the NC
stations that will be on the air around them near 7260 kHz.
Let me know if you have any further questions, I'll also be sure to check in
next Sunday if anyone might have any questions at that time.
Thanks for what you do! 73 Marty / W4MY
