Excellent advice! I had forgotten about the cold solder joint problems
with the Paragon until you reminded me. I shall do as you suggest and
will report back how things progress.
Going to have to be without the rig while it is on the bench...

things and check them carefully. Check for cracked or cold solder joints
that could make actuation of the relays intermittent. Re-flow solder

(one at a time) and treat them with DeoxIT before plugging them back in.
Check for connector contacts improperly seated in the connector bodies,
