If you have it in writing, feed it to Babel Fish and/or Google Translate. The
English produced isn't perfect, but it's usually understandable, and reasonably
accurate. You can correct the English manually, and you should have a pretty
good translation.
If it's spoken, or if you need very specialized help, I seem to recall at
least several posters on this list who know French.
