I only get mine to work by being by using the 15m position. Won't work right on 
20, I have Centurion and Titan

My three Titan 425s work on 17M in the 20M position of the 
bandswitch (and on 12M in the 15M position). In both cases it puts 
out full power, and tuning is at the low extremes of the two 
capacitors. The Titan 425 was designed around 1980 when ham 
allocations on those bands didn't yet exist, but were being 
proposed).
