The whole point is that I don't have a local
computer running Windows and I don't want to.
In fact, the whole point of One Plug is you don't
need a "local" computer at all, no matter what software
it is (not) running.
I think the best answer in the long run is to dig into
the networking code in VirtualBox and see if I can
figure out why it is so slow. If I have to, I can run
XP in a virtual machine; that's not ideal, but it's
better than nothing if I can get the networking to
have less latency.
