My source tells me its quite true, I guess mainly due to his poor health and 
his widow is going to close.

Surprised you never heard of Peter Dahl, thats not like having heard of a 
transformer, or maybe Thordarson.  Anyway am pretty sure  my source is 
reliable.  But as said will call to confirm later this day and let all know 
what I find out.
