[TenTec] Scout stablity for PSK

Is the Scout stabile enuff for PSK mode. I posed this ? to the TT staff, they 
say no. What about field experience? Anyone been successful using a Scout and 
PSK? I plan on going on a long Western trip next summer and thought I might try 
PSKmail, trying to decide weither to take the Scout or FT840. I know the Argosy 
II won't do PSK.
