[TenTec] Can't Remember...

I just put my 961 PS back into operation and can't remember which side it 
suppose to go
on to reduce hum.  I've got it on the left side of my Paragon right now and 
it's a humming
away, but don't notice much difference on either side of the rig??

Which side does it work best on?
