[TenTec] N4PY Pegasus/Jupiter Control Program Version 2.02

Hi All

Version 2.02 of Carl's Control Program is out.  Wow, it has the CW Keyboard
Keyer in it.  I have been waiting for this for two years and Carl did it.
So far it works good and I can't fill the type ahead buffer with the keyer
set at 20 wpm.  All my other Keyboard Keyers have very small buffers.
